Refund/Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations must be received by OIDA on or before May 13, 2009 and are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations are possible by phone (202-785-4426) or e-mail (varsa@oida.org, Attn. Edina Varsa). The refund amount will be credited back to your credit card account.
